**To avail Block rate contact Airman Flight Training.

**Flight & Sim Training, Blocked - rate paid are non - refundable / non - transferrable.**

** Rates are For Locals, US passport holders, permanent resident and or green card holders.

** Temporary fuel surcharge will be charged due to recent sudden fuel hikes.

Aircraft Rental Requirements

Must Meet The Following to Rent:

• Minimum Private Pilot License. (Student Pilots under the direction of an Airman Flight Training Instructor.)
• Possess a current Pilot certificate.
• Possess a current Medical Certificate.
• Have a current Flight Review endorsement on file.
• Complete an aircraft checkout with an Airman Flight Training Instructor.
• A night currency checkout with an Airman Flight Training Instructor is required for any night operation.
• Additional flight required with Airman Flight Training Instructor after lapse of 90 days flying.
• An instrument currency/proficiency check with an Airman Flight Training Instructor is required for flights in IFR conditions.
• A Catalina and Big Bear checkout with an Airman Flight Training Instructor is required for pilots who want to fly to these destinations.
• Must have aircraft rental insurance.

Refund Policy

Funds deposited into Flight Schedule Pro are non-refundable and can only be used for scheduled flight training and associated services. In the event of withdrawal, Airman Flight Training may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, determined through discussion between the student and the administration. Submit refund requests in writing, including the reason for withdrawal. All refund decisions are at the discretion of Airman Flight Training administration.
