The minimum license required to join our time-building program is a Private Pilot License (PPL). If you don’t have one yet, complete your PPL training first, and then we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your application is processed and, if applicable, your loan is approved, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group based on your chosen start month and aircraft (Cessna 152, Cessna 172, etc.).

For self-financed students, there’s no waiting—you’ll be added to the group immediately.

These groups allow you to connect with others in the program, align schedules, and find a flying partner for your time-building journey.

Flying is more fun (and cost-effective) with a partner! In your group, you can coordinate with others based on their hours and goals. For example:

• Adam needs 200 hours on Cessna 152 Starting December 20

• Steve and Michelle each need 50 hours Starting on 20 and 27 December.

We’ll assist if needed to ensure you’re paired with a suitable partner.

After confirming aircraft availability, we’ll reach out to finalize all necessary paperwork, agreements, and your checkout flight schedule. This step ensures everything is set for a seamless time-building experience.

Our team will also help you set up your Flight Schedule Pro account, where all your licenses, documents, and agreements will be stored. This app will be your hub for managing aircraft scheduling, billing, and invoices.

If you’ve opted for accommodation, we’ll arrange a fully furnished Airbnb near Chino Airport for you. Once booked, we’ll provide the address and check-in details, ensuring you have a comfortable and convenient home during your time-building program.

Free Accommodation Packages:

• 200-hour package: 1 month of free accommodation

• 500-hour package: 2.5 months of free accommodation

• 1,000-hour package: 5 months of free accommodation

Accommodation Discount Options:

If you choose not to use our accommodation, you’ll receive a discount on your package:

• $500 for the 200-hour package

• $1,000 for the 500-hour package

• $2,000 for the 1,000-hour package

Your comfort is our priority, whether you stay with us or choose your own arrangements!

Upon arrival:

1. Check into your Airbnb (if applicable).

2. Visit Airman Flight Hours the next day for your aircraft checkout to ensure you’re comfortable and ready to fly.

• Full-Time Program: Fly 8-10 hours daily, 7 days a week with your assigned partner. If you need a day off, let us know, and we’ll adjust the schedule.

• Part-Time Program: Work with other part-time students to coordinate your flying schedule. You’ll be paired with a partner when available, or you can choose to fly solo (at double the shared cost for that day).
