The minimum license required to join our time-building program is a Private Pilot License (PPL). If you don’t have one yet, complete your PPL training first, and then we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Financing approvals are time-sensitive, so don’t wait! Our team or the loan company will assist you every step of the way. Let us know how we can help!

After processing your application and loan approval (if applicable), we’ll match you with a partner based on your start month, aircraft choice, and goals.

Once your partner and aircraft are confirmed, we’ll finalize your paperwork, agreements, and schedule your checkout flight.

We’ll also help you set up your Flight Schedule Pro account to manage your:

• Licenses and documents

• Aircraft scheduling

• Billing and invoices

With everything in place, you’ll be ready to start building hours!

We’re committed to making your time-building experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. That’s why we offer free accommodation allowances with our certian  packages, designed to suit your needs.

• 500-hour package: $1,000 accommodation allowance

• 1,000-hour package: $2,000 accommodation allowance

Upon arrival:

1. Check into your Airbnb (if applicable).

2. Visit Airman Flight Hours the next day for your aircraft checkout to ensure you’re comfortable and ready to fly.

• Full-Time Program: Fly 8-10 hours daily, 7 days a week with your assigned partner. If you need a day off, let us know, and we’ll adjust the schedule.

• Part-Time Program: Work with other part-time students to coordinate your flying schedule. You’ll be paired with a partner when available, or you can choose to fly solo (at double the shared cost for that day).
